Michael Hunter for Twists Glass small "Serene" bowl

This incredibly elegant bowl was made by Mike Hunter for Twists Glass in 2014.

It is made by layering lime green glass over white so that the white glass is inside the bowl and the lime green glass is on the outside and then during the blowing process the top of the glass is turned inside out to form a "collar" exposing the white glass and adding a black glass cane edge.

The base is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 14 Serene" and has the Twists Glass studio label.

A deceptively simple looking piece!
